■Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Less than one-third (1/3) of the overall e-learning course content has been completed.
* Any bank transfer fees required for the refund process will be covered by the customer.
* Refunds/cancellations outside of these conditions will not be accepted.
■Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through "My Page".

1. Go to the My Page URL:

2. Click "新規登録" to create your account.
* Please ensure you use the EXACT SAME email address that you used during the payment process.
3. Log in with your registered email and password.
4. Go to "My Subscription" from the menu.
5. Select "Spiral Up Japanese" and click "キャンセル".
